so I'm out waxing my blazer today...... and I'm on the QD step with some FI. I do the hood, the front fenders, and am all the way to the tailgate.....



all the sudden I hear 'PLOP' and a bird chirping in kinda a 'mocking laugh, HA HA' tone...... look to the hood.....



BIRD CRAP!!! all over my hood....... 4 or 5 spots...... on my fresh coat of GC wax, just FI'd......... :scared



I hate birds...... I had to spend another hour stripping and re-doing my GC coat...... in the prime of the afternoon when I should have been out cruising in the hawk with all this nice weather we had today!! ARRRR!! :mad:

LMAO! I was considering getting out my power washer to spray him out of the tree he landed in (about 10 ft. from my driveway), but I definitely would have had that happened! :rolleyes:
 
Now my question - if it were to hit you on the head, would you still have etching? Would you run home as fast as you could to throw conditioner on it? Or do most of us just take better care of our cars than we do our bodies (and considering how much I spent on fuel additive, and what I just ate for lunch, I'm not answering that :D).

JohnN...... I probably would've been subject to etching. However, I think we have the equivalent to NuFinish for our hair/scalp available now. Its called: ROGAINE! :p

The work you do always makes me stop and stare. I am amazed at the transformations that you produce on a regular basis. It should be a crime punishable by death, to treat a car of that caliber like that. They should offer white glove treatment by the port jockeys.;)
