Recently completed, this 2010 Porsche 997 Carrera S Cabriolet was pre-owned and my new client had seen my work and felt I could restore this vehicle for him. The car had many issues as the poor car had been neglected badly and frankly this is what I do is fix bad issues when they exist.
Wheels with embedded brake dust and grime.

After a deep cleaning wash and decon, I started with the front bumper which was in sorry shape.

Cluster of sand scratches.

Rotary polishing savagery evident.

Had a break in the action, Chris from Diablo Dent in Pleasanton came down and removed five nasty dents with the one in these pics especially challenging.

Scratches and marring on the rear decklid, fortunately I did not have to remove the factory emblem.

During initial compounding step.

Rear bumper 50/50.

With the abrasions......... not good.

Took some time, however correction was achieved.

Marring on the louvers.

Winning clean freshness on the louvers now.

Evidence of the vehicle baking like a cookie outside, trim with the dryness.

Trim exfoliated and UV damage corrected.

On the rear bumper the top edges were really scratched and had water spots, so out came the taillights to gain access and I found a little built up dirt.

During cleaning of this area.

This cab sharing the shop with another Black Porsche Cayenne S, Jet Black all the week had me putting in work.

Cars finish coming together nicely.

Applied HD fabric protector, looks like beading from a coating and the client liked the demonstration of blowing the water off which looked like ball bearings on the top.

Turning back the clock to 2010.

Now outside for some sun pics, the sun was not real strong as I had hoped but the deep clear finish is there to see. This job was real satisfying as this client waited over 93 days for a appointment as I have been booked that tight and this car needed four plus days to complete right................. He said "I will wait as you are my guy" and the look on his face when he saw the car said it all(Car was outside in the sun).

Louvers on the spoiler with the tightness status.

De-crusted wheels.
