2010 Nissan GTR Barry Theal Presidential Details Lancaster PA

Barry,

I must say I gasped for air when I saw this picture

Call me blind but the backing plate is larger than the pad!!!!!

Either I have been misinformed about stuff like this or your trying to scare us... I would never think to do something like that on any car, let alone a GTR.

The after pics look good.

Am I seeing this correctly??? I've looked closer in Photoshop and the pad certainly looks smaller than the BP.

Please fill me in!

I know thats what it looks like but know its not smaller then the backing plate that a 6 inch smarnold green foam. Trust me I WOULD NOT do that! But thanks for getting into my work that much you felt the need to photoshop it and look closer. Below are some pics are the pad and backing plate! May I suggest you read an article written By Todd Helme, The TRUTH About Choosing a DA Backing Plate - Truth In Detailing Auto Detailing Forum

Todd is a Master at putting things into words. But here here talks about a little for ya! Thanks for giving me the chance to explain myself?:lol

Well done Barry!

Also if you leave an open line between your image URLs, they won't look all bunched together. Just like you did for the pad/BP pics above.

Must be the camera angle but usually white does not provide such reflections. Amazing job, shows what can truly be achieved with white :)

An absolutely sick car! I love that you were able to provide accommodations. I think that's probably one of the biggest compliments you can get when customers are willing to travel for your service. That's truly something special. I understand there were there for some site seeing too..but it doesn't matter lol, they still traveled over three hours (IN A SICK CAR btw). Just wanted to say great job!

[Insert usual :bow regarding buffer barry's work here..]

buffer barry- I bet this was a nice change of pace compared to your usual jobs...heh heh, not even tempted to wetsand this one, huh? :chuckle:

Glad he had you debadge it (at least partially). Yeah, that's one of those cars that looks great in white.

I suppose the underhood dressing was the top-secret stuff again?
