2008 EVO Detail

This awesome car was booked in for a basic detail and the owner was kind enough to drive 2 hours to me.

The car has alot of engine work done and I just realized that I forgot to take pictures of it. I believe 420HP at the wheel right now.

Anyway, as I mentioned, this wasn't supposed to be a paint correction detail but the hood was full of scratches. I took some readings and as I suspected, the paint was very thin. Upper 70s and lower 80s with some areas as high as 95mills. Being very careful, slowly those scratches were removed. Didn't take pictures during due to time and my battery died in the camera as well.

What is a Unimog?

A Unimog is a Daimler AG Mercedes military truck.

I was referring to the beige "cab over" style vehicle in the background in picture #7... next to the red Corvair pickup (?)... two very cool, highly collectible vehicles.
