Thanks guys! I should add that this vehicle only had ~5,000 miles on the odometer. Although the customer explained to me he had only taken it to carwashes so far, the paint did NOT look as bad as I was fearing. There was only very minor swirling, that the Z5 Pro took care of real nicely.

But yes, the Jet Black was extremely picky...

agreed. i'm not a fan of the 3 series sedans (they look to cramped/small) but these coupes look very nice and don't look to small or big, just perfect...

Piet did a GREAT job on my car, she's never been so pretty. Real honest guy... I tried to pay him more, but he declined! I'm about to upgrade to the m-tech kit (see below), and as soon as the bodywork is done, it will be time to visit Piet's magic touch again.

Thanks for the kind words Michael! The M-Sport kit is going to look fantastic. Then comes the BBS wheels, then come the... and so the addiction starts!

Very nice car! And great work Piet!

Nice car you got there!

Get Matte-black grills, and get clear reflectors in the front (the ones located on the fener)

Get shadow-line tails in the back. That will looks really nice on your black car!

BMWs ftw :woot2:

Very nice Car :bigups Got one in my garage as well!! JB is a very finnicky color got the softest clear coat to man IMO.. Make sure u keep that thing a mirror like PIET left it by using quality MF's or else its going to swirl up in no time.. U should also check out E90post for more ideas and great deals from vendors to get that Mtech kit, BBS wheels u know everything u could think of!! LOL...First start off by getting some painted reflectors though makes the car look 1k times better!!! :xyxthumbs

Why did you use Z1? thought that was for single stage coats....

Also, is the 501 used just for chemical cleaning? Does it correct at all?

Thanks
