I guess I just expected more out of Mercedes. They never really grew on me, I guess Im more of a BMW guy.

Actually Id rather have an Infinity M45 over almost any Mercedes anyday

I don't know, the CLS500/55 are pretty hot. I have a customer whose Lexus got rearended and she now wants a status car (her husband has a 997) so I am trying to push her to the CLS because I want to detail one. ;)

I really enjoyed seeing the progress of the Tahoe and just in general, the S550 :drool:
 
the new Benz is ... ummm. ... "different". I don't know if I'm feelin' the luv. I've seen other fotos where it was stunning and a few more where it looked silly.



Great pictures, though, Scott. The paint looks remarkably clear.

As for the S550, my office is right down the road from a Benz dealer, and almost as soon as they hit the streets 2-3 people in my building had them so i've seen them pretty closely in person.



Ugh. They're alright looking from the front but they aren't smooth and they don't have any flow. I think the previous generation was a lot more appealing and I prefer the 750 now.
 
Steve-agreed. They look like an amalgamation of the Acura RL, BMW 750 and the Lexus LS430. I don't mean that as a compliment either. Again though, the interior is terrific.
