2005 Ford GT and if anyone cares, an '05 New Beetle too

I know you put the Beetle first because nobody would notice it after looking at that white and blue work of art ;) ! That garage shot of the *left rear quarter panel* is absolutely gorgeous.

You said only a few passes from Optium hyper, is its working in time less that the polish?

Huh? I didn't use Hyper on either car in this thread. To answer your question though, you can also work Hyper Compound a real long time.

ManiZ-both products work great on all colors. RMG gives better depth though.

Everyone-thanks! :)

Ahh theres the GT. Of course it looks excellent after you gave it some love!

I never paid much attention before but after looking at your pics the GT looks like it would be a somewhat tough detail with all of the body creases and so on. The hood looks especially tough as you have to reach across it to get the vertical surfaces.

Scott-it actually is a bit tough to work on since it is so low. Plus, the tops of the doors extend far into the roof so when vacuuming, cleaning interior glass, etc, you have to remember the low overhead.

The hood vents and the area behind the rear bumper have to be done mostly by hand due to limited clearance. It was kind of nice to be able to sit on the floor when buffing the sides though. ;)
