This 996 Turbo has 13k miles and the client was ready to take the paint to another level.

The Turbo is lowered with TechArt springs and I love the HREs.

Before I picked up the car, the client had just returned from a w/e of driving in the North GA mountians. I can't think of a more perfect way to spend a w/e.

I started by rinsing off the wheels, wells and tires with my PW at a safe distance.

The wheels where cleaned with P21s wheel cleaning gel, a blonde boars hair brush, swissvax brush, EZ detail brush and a MF mit.

Tires and wells where cleaned with Amazing Roll-off 1:1 water and various brushes.

Everything was given a through rinse with my PW at a safe distance.

I then foamed up the car with 2oz of CGCWC, 1 oz of Zaino Z7 and the rest of my 32oz foam lance botttle fill with water.

After allowing the foam to dwell, I rinsed off the car with my PW.

I then performed the Valu-gard ABC paint decontamination wash.

I used the valu-gard soap in my foam canon for the last step.

Rinsed everything off and brought the car inside where I clayed the paint while wet using Zaino clay and Z6 as a lube.

Some after wash and clay pics:

I then taped up all the trim in preparation for polishing.

I used my usual KBM via orange LC classic foam pad, New M105 and PC6.

Both of these pics are after M105 and 3x straight IPA wipedowns:

Followed M105 with M205 using a Classic LC black pad via KBM PC6.

I cropped these pics out.

outsatanding job !! The porsche really looks good. The car looks great with
the black wheels. :notworthy::notworthy:

Don't know how I missed this one. Nice Job Bryan! I (heart) 911's...

Not sure how I missed it either.

Beautiful work on correcting that swirl monster.

Bryan,
Isn't your usual method using M105 on a Surbuf pad? Why the LC Orange on this one?

Like the others have said, really beautiful job! 911s are one of my favorites! They are one of the greatest (IMHO) all-around sports cars built.
What's the paint/clearcoat like on those 911s? Is it really hard where you have to perform 3 or 4 passes w/each of the M105 and M205?

How can you not take that thing back up to the N. GA. Mntns. and drive the livin' snot out of it again?

Beautiful work as always Bryan.

BFTD!

Thanks everyone!

The orange is less aggresive then the surbuf, the orange got the job done on this one.

I'd use the tangerine over the orange now.

Gottcha Bryan.

I have no experience with the Hydrotech pads. I take it, you are a fan?
