holy moly! a ford GT?!?!?!?!? :eek: :bow damn! i'd detail that thing for free! well, more like for a ride in it. :D
 
yeah that blue one in my gallery is the one i was talkin about... the ford gt the other guy has is yellow... have yet to figure out a way to approach him about it.. especially a car like that... aint no ferrari, but they are so rare...
 
maybe you can show him pictures of the ferrari and porsche you've done, and ask if he'd like you to take care of his GT? or maybe have the owners of the ferrari and porsche mention your name to that owner? or if he ever parks it in his driveway, highly doubtful, start washing and waxing it. :D



oh but if *do* get to clean it, you will post the pictures, right? ;)
 
Nice Escalade, great detail. I agree with everyone about the brakes but what you guys need to realize is that you are looking at the rear brakes, not the front. I'm not saying the brakes couldn't stand to be upgraded but if you look at the size of the tire, it's actually almost the exact same od of the stock tire. As far as more rotating mass, I'm not sure because I don't know what those aftermarket wheels weigh, but I'm willing to bet that they are close to the same as those super heavy stockers. I have an 04' Expedition with 22 inch wheels and didn't notice any difference in stopping performance from stock to now. I'd love to put a set of bad a** brakes on mine, but don't really want the hastle of having to take it all off when I go to sell it later on down the road. Surely a set of 15" rotors won't fit behind my stock 17" rims!

Now I have been meaning to ask this for a very long time. What in the does this term "ghetto" mean. I use to live in a real ghetto and only a few had such nice things as 24 inch wheels or a 50,000+ truck.

What ever happened to the trend of putting those tiny little rims on cars? remember those ? :lol they cracked me up
