The end results were really good. My buddy was extremely happy and that makes me happy. The car has made a huge change from when it came in. Just washing it properly you could see a change and difference already. And now for the write up.
Now here are the pics for you.
BUGS!!! BUGS!!! BUGS!!!
Some engine shots!!!
Some rust spots. Tried my best to capture them!!! Seemed like rust overspray.
Clayed and this is what it looked like!!!
Washed the car, clayed and brought the car inside. I just made it before it started to rain so I have no shots of post wash or clay. I was very lucky!!! Once inside, the car was dried and I took a look at the interior!!!
Dog hair, dog hair and more dog hair!!!
And then just junk and garbage.
Took a look at the paint and decided to hit it with Ultimate Compound. I didn't have the time and this is what my buddy wanted. On top, he had to work. In the end the results were awesome. I found some nice bird etching that I took care of with the Rotary and Ultimate Compound. Took two passes.
Tried to capture the after shots but it just wasn't working so well. But believe me when I say they're gone. After this, I took a look at his lights as he said they just weren't as bright as they used to be. Looking at them I noticed why.
After one pass of Plast-X and a 4" LC White Pad and the PC I came up with this.
After two or three passes I came up with this.
Noticed his plastic molding on his front bumper was looking old and awful and knew just the product for it.
So out came Black WOW!!!
BEFORE!!!
AFTER!!!
Then I saw his cowels and everything else plastic above the hood and figured Black WOW again!!!
Before and after in same shot - side by side comparison!!!

Some before notes:
- Car had never been detailing except from the dealer
- Car has not been waxed for over 5 years
- Car has never been clayed
- Car is not regularly maintained and sees a dog on a regular basis (shepard/border collie mix)
- Did not do a full correction because of time constraints and because he did not want to
- Really just wanted to bring back the shine
