Nice work! That VW clear is definitely a force to be reckoned with. I couldnt touch it with anything I messed with until I found HTEC/OP mix (My sis as an 01 1.8T in black). That CG LSP looks very nice. I was kinda expecting to see some 2180 on the Jetta when I clicked the link. :D

Thanks Everyone!

The marring came from a wash so a polishing pad wash enough. Otherwise, yes vw paint sucks.

It did have 2180 on it. But since he was going to a car show, I went for the carnauba look.

he keeps his car in excellent condition so the wheels didn't need to be deep cleaned. Just wiped the surface off with CG's synthetic QD

PLease transalte the products u used.

I looked at the Autopia Acronyms and couldnt find em

I might be interested in a exterior detailing you do

Do you work with the zaino system

also props for the beautiful car.

and to whoever said VW paint sucks, unless you own a more expensive german car than you are in denial of your american/japanese purchase. take a look at any VW/AUDI of the last 20 years and you will see the paint is perfect.

People see my car and think it is brand new. We have an 1987 Audi5000 Rally edition and the paint still reflects.

I had a friend who bought a nissan sentra type-r at the same time as me, we lost touch and then met up only 3 years later. his paint was dull mine was luxurious. He tried saying that it must of been my yearly waxing, he was in total denial.

ha! easy there fella, I havn't been here long enough either to completely understand what they are talking about.. but I believe in refering to "the paint sucks" just means that it is a pain in the rear end to detail. (or PITA) has nothing to do with the quality of germans.

You misunderstand what he is saying (especially since he has a VW also). He's saying VW paint sucks to POLISH, because its so hard.

Looks great Tom!
