Ya'll know how we all do things in the south. They only made 2,000 of these, they came as a GTP loaded and had the NASCAR roof rails, rear spoiler and decals. :woohoo: :D

After clay:

Friend of mine bought this car 2.5 yrs ago for his wife. He helped me do the detail.

I was very suprised to find very little swirls. They where on the upper surfaces and not that bad at all.

So my process was:

QEW wash

Zaino clay with body shine #49 as lube.

IP w/ orange excel pad on trunk, roof and dash.

FPII w/ Green pad on entire car

Prime w/ blue pad, remove after 30 mins

1x AJ applied with a foam pad

1x AJ applied with a MF WOWO.

Nutin' on the tires. :o

We started late so it getting dark when we got done. So I took a few pics then, but the quality was only so good.

Looks good! Love some of those flake shots you have....I have to ask, have you ever taken a drive in the GTP? :)

Thanks!

I don't think I have, but its got a little bit of an edge on the beater as we had some fun on the way home last night. :xyxthumbs

I've had mine for a year now..Absolutely love it. People are so suprised at the acceleration and passing power is great! Love the GTP's especially in silver.

I have a gtp and it shocks people. I have a intense pcm, smaller pulley and a few small things to help it scoot. Bascially it runs like a stock LT-1 V8 camaro now verse a family sedan. Won't blow you away by any means, but does well enough .

As for you GT, in 38 yrs when you turn 40 you too will not dress the tires but instead you will polish the dash. :bigups

Is the GTP FWD or RWD?

Looks nice BTW.

Sadly its FWD. If they were a RWD car, I think they would one of the cars to have. If GM would have had the W-body platform setup as RWD, they would have sold double the amount of cars. Especially since the front wheels just can't handle the power they put out once you have a pulley and the other minoir mods. Stock the buick has troubles, but when a pulley and exhaust it has a lot more high end power.

BTW, nice detail. :)

nice work.. interesting to see z8 on top of AJ

Thanks!!!

I have used Z8 on top of zaino (of course) AJ and Natty's Blue. I think it works fine over most anything, but what do I know. :grinno:

Nevermind the tranny is beyond fragile.

Grand Prix with mods=never lose.
