2000 Saturn Over spray removal detail + a bit extra for the client.

I looked at the car last week, to see what I needed to charge (insurance was paying for it)

Over spray wasn't very bad and the nano towel worked very well I must say.

The real issue was the condition of the paint. It looked a little "OFF" to me, so I decided to improve it a little.

Here are the reasons why the color looked off. I would guess, improper maintenance.

Thanks for looking!!!

wow, that thing was wrecked, you definitely had your work cut out for you. nice job thomas!

p.s. what was your process (liquids, pads, buffer)?

I can't help but wonder what you charged for that and whether the value of the vehicle justified it. Nice job!

Great job Thomas!!! +1 on the above--really do value hearing about your process and products used.

Like a totally different car/color?! Nice work.

I had a saturn sl-2 in a similar (if not the same) blackberry metallic color? It was spectacular color when it was polished.

Even suggested it on a few of my friends that were building hot rods back in early 2000's.

Great thread! Also my favorite view.

WOW! Your pictures look as if I'm actually there looking at this car. Excellent turn around Thomas. This car was trashed. The 2 pictures that are identical (the side shots ones) tell the whole story about the trassformation you did. Completely reconditioned!

Thanks David very much!
