I live less than a block away from railroad tracks that run a freight train at least twice a day, which leads to claying at least every few months for me. Even with layers of Klasse and P21s it needs the clay. Maybe the carnauba gives the raildust something more to stick to? :nixweiss

Do you dust your car everyday?

We have a train in our back yard :) Luckily it is in a gulley about 20' below our property line so it is not that loud and the gulley retains pretty much all of the rail dust. We probably have about half a dozen trains go by in any 24 hour period. It is actually pretty soothing at night to hear and feel the trains going by. The gully and the trees in our back yard pretty much buffer most of it.

The big problem I have is pollen and road grime, there is just way too much of both here. I pretty much have to rinse the car off after every drive if in order to keep it clean. I love the area I live in but, I hate what it does to my beloved 'Stang :(

I don't dust it every day, but I do try to keep it under a cover when it's clean (no garage :( ). It gets washed at least weekly, with QDs in between. It probably doesn't help that I work 14 miles from home and the same train runs past about 150 yards from our parking lot!
