the formula is the same. due to changes in voc laws, the wording on the label needed to be tweaked.

Hm i'v noticed that percentage of alcohol differs! I have a 2000 MSDS (alcohol - less than 5%), 2005 MSDS (alcohol - 15-30%) and a 2008 bottle (5-15%). :think:

Yes the voc content has changed. I thought you were asking about the recent US label change. That being said, the active ingredient formula is the same.
