Hi All,

First time on a PC :buffing: but not with Zaino.

Process:

Z7 Wash (car is kept in good shape, so I didn't need to clay it)

Menzerna IP on yellow LC pad

ZPC on white LC pad

ZFX-Z5Pro

Z6

Z8

Stoners on windows

Stoners on wheels

I had a tough time on the clear bra and there was ALOT of dust from the PC. Any comments appreciated. :nervous2:

Before (didn't have any full shots, it was raining):

Other than needing to dress the fenderwells (believe me, everyone is going to point this out to you. ;) ) the car looks terrific! :)

If you get a lot of dusting with ZPC, you are using too much. There is a thread about it in the product discussion forum.

I didn't even think about cleaning them, just didn't occur to me. :wall I'll get it right next time. Thanks for your help scottwax. Also, after zaino, it didn't seem to get the really really wet look I wanted, is there something more I can add, or just more coats of Z5?

You could top it with Souveran. I don't have 1st hand experience, but after reading others' experiences, its the best on black. I've use Liquid Souveran and CG 5050 and found 5050 wetter than LS. My next try will be Natty's Blue

I think his dusting was from the IP, not the ZPC.. which makes a ton more sense. IP dusts something awful if you don't use exacting amounts and get the work time down.

I really like NO TOUCH wheel dressing, for the wheel wells.

Keep working on PC, I think you could even polish it a bit more. With a PC it just takes a bit longer, but worth the effort.

I got through this whole post, saw the results, agreed with everyone about the wheel well:nana: and it didn't hit me till the end the this was even a Vette! I saw the results and read the fact that you used a PC and didn't think it was a Vetter cuz it looked so good! Great work!! I have hesitated doing Vettes cuz I only have a PC but if results like that are possible then it's definetly on!! LOL!!
