This jetta was a crazyhorse for me! i'll tell ya this one had about everything wrong with it.

The Process

decontamination consided of mequiars apc, mequiars wheel brightner, claymore aggressive clay, dawn.

Sanded various panels including Upper deck lid, roof, hood, Left front door, Both fenders and right rear quater! all were block sanded with 3m 1500 grit!

The compounding and polish i used m105 with white 2inch scheilgal wool, then m105 with yellow meg. foam solo pad, both with rotary. i followed with m205 via rotary and black meg. solo finishing pad.

HUGE improvement. Looks like a different car. I bet the owner was floored.

+1

That was some nasty stuff. If that's the original owner, they should avoid purchasing a black car next time around.

OMG! What was the owner doing to that car! Did he wash with a floor broom or something?!?

Nice save bro! :goodjob

That was in incredibly bad shape...looks like many trips to the car wash and brooming off the snow with the same broom used to sweep the porch or sidewalks....lol Excellent recovery on this one!

Good one. You just made that guy a ton of money at resale!

sanding,105, 205 combo, looking good.

jdoria alot of people on here imo say 105 is heavy to me it has bite, but not like some of the stuff im use to. the old school stuff really bites. the 105 finishes so nice though when worked properly i just can't see using anything else anymore. yea jdoria this guy is one of them wholesalers who understands what a detailer can do and is willing to pay for it. he is local and knows wholesaling very well. he owned this one for 250.00 it came it a bulk buy of 8 lol he paid me 650 for the complete it was a job well earned i get this stuff all the time from him. i love it. i do the beamers and benz's but these are what detailing really is about ya know!~ that transformation!! i love it!
