Marvelous! :xyxthumbs

How did you like using Oxiclean on the interior? Did you use the traditional powder stuff in the tub or one of their spray products?

bjwebster, JCrawford, dcswd, hondaguy2582: thanks for the compliments...

jrocc1212: thanks, and the specs, (from what the owner told me today), are 350 horses, and 0-60 in 4.2... i didnt get the 1/4 time. also, he said the car is only boosting 6 psi... he says hes gettin an upgraded ecu, which will put him @ 450 horses, so well see.

Bill D: i liked the oxiclean on the interior.. it worked well.. i noticed a lot of detailers on here used it, so i thought id give it a try.. impressed... it would have worked better if i had warm water to mix it with tho... i used the powder stuff in the tube... why? any recommendations? what spray stuff?

Terry: i know.. tell me about it.. u should have heard it start up.. it was lot louder than my expectations, and my expectations were pretty high...

Redcar GUY: yeah i liked the wheels also... when i have time, ill post a pic of the rear view... the tire width is massive... he said the wheels were aftermarket (oz racing).. he had the stock lotus wheels in the garage...

Such a beautiful machine. It's a shame how some folks treat their cars. Nevertheless, great job on the Lotus.

here are the specs (and other interesting info) for the newest Esprit. They are probably a bit different than the 97 one, but still similar. I dont know what year these specs are from :(

Premium Alpine AM/FM CD sound system.

Safety and Security: Kevlar reinforced passenger safety cell,

dcswd: those specs seem the same.. as this car did have an alpine sound system, which was pretty good... another thing that it had which i thought was neat, was a built in passport radar system, which was fully intregrated into the car (no wires or anything that u could see)... if u look @ the interior pic of the driver side, u can see it (its next to the cigarette lighter.. the small gray narrow piece, which is installed horizontally) this car did have the kevlar stuff also, and the hood is supposedly carbon fiber.

what do u guys think of the woolite mixture? i see a lot of people switching from oxiclean, to that... and comments?

I saw a late model yellow esprit in a parking lot today. First Lotus I've ever seen in person. It was undescribedly beautiful. What struck me first was how low the thing was. Anyways, great detail job, and I see you drive an RSX. Do you post on ClubRSX?
