1996 Impala SS

Ok that about has to be the sickest install I have seen on an SS, understated and clean :bigups

The current Impala SS continues to be a sick and cruel joke by the geniuses at GM :(

COOL! Steve Cornell's old car. I didnt recognize it without the Boyds on it...

Ah, maybe the rims were what had me  I *knew* I'd seen it before but without seeing the audio/etc. I couldn't place it. Great to see it's found an appreciative owner :xyxthumbs

Nice looking car man, Im glad to say that I own a 1996 impala ss and its nice to see another bbody around these parts

wow what a small world I have steve first install in my car.

Hippo SS- Welcome to Autopia!

Heh heh, it just figures that I no sooner sell my B-body...and then a whole bunch of B-body folks show up here :doh A few of us here have a great appreciation for these cars and it's great to have you folks aboard.

I remember when the old owner had it featured in an audio mag. I notice the stereo install has changed to Xtant, being a car audio buff, what speakers are in the kicks now? Still the Dynaudio's?

Beautiful car, I spent many hours drooling over that car and install.

Dynaudio 7" midbass drivers in the doors, Scanspeak Revelator mids/tweeters in the kicks.

Thanks for the update, I can't believe I run same speakers in my car. Nice choice.

Beautiful car, Steve Cornell certainly does very, very nice work.

There is something about those cars that I absolutely love! '96 Impalas are my favourite car... close behind is the Porsche 911 TT :chuckle:
