Bummer man. Sorry
not for the job at hand...nor would I be interested in leaving the SRT outside (still waiting on payday to order a car cover)- the stray cats have done a serious hack job on there from last summer and I couldn`t even compound it outthat sucks, they should have brought it to you, and let you store it in your garage until friday/tomorrow night.
I`ve got a friend who has an old hood/fender he is going to let me have to practice wet sanding on
Was the Guard`s Red still ss in `91? I know that was one of the very last ss they offered, just didn`t know it held on that long. My Polar Silver `90 was b/c and pretty hard. And JustJesus wasn`t kidding about how the rubber retains white-stain-stuff.
And just FWIW, the only ss Guard`s Red Porsche I had was easy to correct but not stupid-soft. No real issues with micromarring and the paint was nice and thick.
512detail- Yeah, it just piqued my curiosity so I thought I`d ask in case somebody knew. We kinda assume that all Guard`s Red P-cars are ss, but at some point they did go tob/c and I`d like to know when that was.
