wow... don't know bout all that stuff. i tried to stay away from the nasty girls around fort bragg/fayetteville <-one of the downsides of such a huge base.



i suppose i could teach you how much it sucks to do night jumps as part of a machine gun team?



it's good to be out and back in civilian life! (who knew: i can go anywhere i want this weekend without a signed piece of paper from my CO)

Well Mutt, I'm sure I could match a few of your stories with the ones I have from Knox, Carson, Hovey and Sill... :D If you can teach me about night and perhaps halo jumps, in return I'd love to show you what it's like working on an M1 at the wee hours of the morning with 1 week of constipation from "3 squares" of MRE's a day for a month and no gloves in -20 :). I got pinned as a "worthy mechanic" and Top picked me up as his driver to ensure his well-being throughout our exercises ... I got "promoted" to corporal through a field/company promotion but it had no effect on my already acquired Specialist rank. Therefore my DD-214 shows E4... Enough from the Army from me, it's a touchy subject especially when they let me in with Osgood schlatter's....

apollo i hear ya there bro i have osgood slaughters in my right knee! ill tell ya no body found it until about a year 1/2 in i was complaining on road marches then in 99 i was in kosovo we were out on spec op i kicked a door in on a raid, and that was it it went from a growth spert to a twisted knee i ended being released with a few torn ligaments! that is a touchy subject i hear ya bro!
