1990 Black Audi with 15 years of paint defects (a must see!)

Sean,

Why didn't you have to use the Yellow pad?

Do you use the yellow pad often, or does most of your work only require a white polishing pad (with varying polishes)?

Thanks

I was gonna ask the same. Im a noob but couldnt you have used a cutting pad with Menzerna IP instead of using a polishing pad with Menzerna PowerGloss?

Is there a difference? :nixweiss

Oh and these pics blew me away, great work!

Sean,

Excellent recovery. You da man.

As an aside, I've only used the PO85RD twice, once on the hood of my Accord and this weekend on a 97 black F150 that was in rought shape. I'm already contemplating the sale of my remaining stocks of FP.... .The new ceramic polishes from Menzerna are way beyond the capabiliities of FP in my mind and have/will become my latest "secret weapon" - damn the cost and full speed ahead! Thanks for your excellent review of these 2 new products earlier. I'm only sorry that it took CMA so long the get them "out on the street", so to speak
