1974 Mgb

Clean Dean

Keep it clean !!!
This little lady took 6 hours to detail. The chrome needed some heavy polishing !!!! I used AIO + P21 combo on the paint and it really worked quite well !!!!

I owned a 70 MGB and that one looks lots better than mine! Is that original paint?

Great job, I especially liked the trunk shot!

Nice work.

What did you use on the top and the chrome?

No, I do not believe I have ever seen a trunk waxed with p21s, but I seen other things waxed or polymer'd.

No ... Car was a frame off restore in the last 10 years... The vinyl top was less than a year old. I used Lexol's Vinylex on it after washing it. Plexus on the plastic convert windows. The chrome was polished with Turtlewax Chrome Polish... a very exhausting experience but well worth it :D

awesome. now i know what my project car is going to look like! except with a ford 302 engine in it. heh.

Very nice! It looks like you had some sort of canopy to work under (I can see what looks like legs to a canopy in a couple of pictures).

Nice work. I love the look of that trunk freshly waxed! I have a buddy working on dropping a 5.0 in a MGB but I'm not sure what year it is. I will have to show him these pics for inspiration.
