If he needs an employee, I'm there! :D

Sealant sounds awesome. I'd love to apply that on top of Poli Seal.

Looking forward to the jag details.

Well David does have employees...I didn't mean for it to sound as if David is a one man show doing everything himself but rather David is involved 110% in everything going on at the Optimum plant.

He doesn't just work on new formulations all day but instead is all over the place and even while doing that he still finds time to answer most of the calls personally AND holds down domestic duties such as dad and husband. In other words David wears alot of hats and wars them well.

I hear ya, what would you go even after OP? Glaze (PoliSeal)or WerkstattPrime? I can understand considering how so many of the clearcoats and conditions today can be mega painful.

Thanks for the Info Anthony. When do you think this Sealant will be out, and how would David restrict it :chuckle: ? Do the English Custom Polishes "clean" up metal in a way, or do they clear up Metals & take out scratches/swirls. Metal I feel nowadays on even luxury vehicles are mass marketed and are troublesome to clear up perfectly.

The sealant we HOPE tohave out by end of February. I would love to go into greater details about it but I'll wait to announce those when I know we have the final version ready. What I can say is that it has durability properties that last beyond a year so far.

In regards to the English Custom polishes....they are not abrasive so they clean, shine and enhance more than restore old crusted metal. For that type of metal I use the Rolite metal polish and then I finish using the English Custom's.

For many of todays metals you can use the English Custom "Custom Blend". A superb metal polish that finishes down clean and bright on metal that just needs a light cleaning and is not in bad shape.

Anthony-superb durability is great, but specifically, how does the beta sealant look? Traditional super reflective and wet sealant look or deeper and glossy like a carnauba?

Umm...it looks like another layer of clear. The deal is that we have some that give a super slick surface but also give a more reflective look. Another that has more wetness. The goal is to get a little of each without messing with the durability aspect....and it ain't been no walk in the park:hairpull Good news is that we are closeer yesterday than we were 5 days ago. I'll get another bacth of beta's from David on Tuesday and if all goes smooth we may have the final version.

Thanks for the Info! Definitely let David know we'll want a taste of it. How abrasive and versatile would you say Rolite is?

Love that Speedster! Those wire rims on the Jags should prove to be a pretty good challenge!

Umm...yeah! They sure didn't have much consideration for the people cleaning those wheels as they designed them eh?

I mean those wheels are a whole seperate detail job in itself but they look beautiful when done properly:cooleek:

I'll be sure to let David know.

The Rolite comes in 3 grades. They have an abrasive chrome only polish and while one can use it on aluminum I wouldn't. Then they have a medium polish and a finer aluminum polish.

The medium and the fine are what I use mainly of the Rolite line only because I don't come across many cars with chrome that's in really bad shape....heck I hardly come across cars that have chrome anymore period!

It's a very versatile product in that the medium and the fine can both beused on chrome and aluminum but I would only use the medium on really oxidized aluminum and only after trying the fine first.

It's like some people never seem get the hint: "Quality work - of any kind, code warrior, surgeon, lawyer, carpenter..etc - get's quality customers."

They produce more quality work which keeps the snowball rolling..

Good for you Anthony. Nobody needed to tell you tho', eh?.
