Greg Gellas
I'm Greg :)
Here we have another episode of my BFF DJ Mayo and Greg Gellas correcting some paint down in Maryland again for the third time this month..
I only have posted the correction jobs, we did a total of 9 cars on my trips to Maryland
We had a Z06 and a Dinan powered M6, apparently 1 of 3 Dinan M6's in the country. The Z06 wasn't too bad either....Supercharged and pushing over 750 HP.
As you can see, Same owner as the previous ZR1, he enjoyed wiping his car with quick detailer to get dust and debris off of the surface before he took it out for a spin. You can see the dust, and the wiping marks from the last time he wiped it down.
After a wonderful washing utalizing a 50/50 mix of CG CWC mixed with dawn, we inspected the damage to the paint. Although not Hammered, it was in less than perfect condition. We had another car to do and time was wasting. We went to work, having two cars to get done, we didn't mess around much, on top of that we didn't get any B&F's. I do apoligize....I can tell you we used at the least...
Sonax FE
P21S TAW
Surbuff Pads
Meguiar’s MF Pads
LC White Pads
LC Black pads
Meguiar’s 105
Meguiar’sD300
Menzerna 106FA
Menzerna 085
Secret Juice that DJ still won't tell me what it is...
CG Blacklight
Optimum Car Wax
Finally, after some long and arduous polishing and compounding we acheived what we were looking for. Time for a bath from DJ and then a quick interior cleaning.....
Ok enough boring stuff, let's move on to the glory shots!!
Well move on to the Dinan M6...Here are the afters....Same process was done.
Here I am correcting the trunk, DJ must have made a joke thats why I'm laughing...
As always thanks for checking out our work....Greg
