Where's everyone getting their 101 from?!

I got it from a vendor in Italy; cleared out their stock a few weeks ago and was told it won't be back in stock for at least couple more weeks yet. All except my own personal stash is now long gone.



I'm sure there are other places that have it, I just haven't found one that will ship to the US.

How does it work with the microfiber pads? Or is it best to use with foam?
