10 year Del Sol owner, new here

I came across this site when I was doing research for detailing my Del sol which I just recently had repainted candy apple red. This last April marks the 10th year I have had the car. I was specifically looking into Optimum No Rinse methods. This looks like a great site and I know I have a lot to learn.



I am also going to be getting a porter cable 7424 this summer and practicing on my winter car before I take it to my Del sol next summer.



Nice to be part of the community.

Welcome! I gotta say that you have hit the detailing world at a great time. The products availible now are truely a giant step up from when I got this addiction back years ago.

Thanks, no I have a JDM replacement of the stock engine on 8lbs of boost. Putting out about 250 hp and 210 tq. Not amazingly quick but I wanted a nice daily driver with a little pep, I think I have achieved what I was going for.
