2007 Corvette Coupe. "Express Detail"... (no paint correction)

The car was a typical daily driver Vette. Washed weekly in the drive-thru carwash, never dried, never vacuumed, hood never opened.

Process:

Washed with EF Auto Spa Shampoo
Clayed with Zaino Claybar
Applied Zaino AIO with PC and LC white pad
Applied Z8
Cleaned engine with Purple Power
Rinsed with clear water
Dressed Engine with Stoner Trim Shine
Cleaned leather & vinyl with Z9, treated with "Z26" (half Z10/half Z16)
Dressed tires with Z16

A Few Befores:

Thanks guys.... yeah, I told the customer that next time I want to do paint correction and I showed him some swirls (not too bad)... and he agreed. Probably next spring.

Looking good Bill!

Question for you....How did the ZAIO work for you with the PC? I tried using it on my car and it was acting real weird. It was almost like it was staining the paint and didn't want to buff off. A simple hand app cleaned it right up though.

Just seems like it doesn't like the small amount of heat the PC generates. Maybe I'll try it on a lower speed as I was on 5.

Hey Luster, the Corvette King !!

Man, I dont know how you do these things so fast !! You need to someday share a little of your secrets, ok ? Or is it just the brute power you have that makes these jobs come out so good and quickly???...

Its no doubt you have a great technique down, and hopefully I will someday too have it more together.

Thanks again for sharing.

For 32 years, I worked for a large Design/Construction firm in Kansas City. One of the things I learned to do, that made customers very happy, was to work FAST, and give them more than they asked for.

When I'm detailing, just don't get in the way. You're liable to get hurt.:drool5:

(One other note... since I charge by the hour, they get a LOT for their money!)
