07 Mustang GT w/ Ultima PGP

Process:

Washed, had to clay the hood and other horizontal surfaces (did a complete claying 2 months ago). I used Paintwork Cleanser on it by hand (I don't have a DA yet). Then I applied 5 coats of UPGP, 2 coats on the glass.

After the 5th coat dried I had to go to work and the car endured the drizzle of Seattle and the leaf blowers of a office building landscapers. Yesterday I washed it (using the last of my Griot's car wash) and used the Ultima QD.

Some notes:

I applied too much PGP initially following the directions. I then did not prep the applicator anymore for subsequent coats.

The PGP worked very well in the drizzle (it hardly pours here, just a bit heavier than a mist). It was especially nice on the glass and on the Glassback.

The Trim has a two month old application of Black Wow and the Tires have Sonus Tire and Bumper Dressing on them.

Enjoy!

And now an inside shot of the Glassback!

So far I am very happy and I barely used any of my 4 oz bottle of PGP. I think that is a perfect size for the non-professional that only wants to use it on their 1-2 cars like me :)

Wow is the glass roof a new option now on that vehicle? Looking good! I guess Lynnwood mall was dead yesterday huh?

The Glassback is an aftermarket item from Classic Design Concepts, I had Auto Trim Design install it in Lynnwood. And we were at the mall around 10:30 am :)

Sweet! :2thumbs:

How much is the Glassback roof and the installation? I can picture my 2006 'Stang GT with one...
