'06 Lexus RX400h

My mom just got her dream car, an '06 Lexus RX400h. I told her I'd come wash it for her b/c I didn't want it run through any car washes. The Bamboo Pearl paint is in good shape and looks really cool when the sun hits it.



I pretty much just did a typical wash with some spot claying on a couple spots. I used some OP to get out some scratches I found and then finally sealed w/ Meg's #21.

Cool screen that shows whether the car is running off the battery, engine, or both. And also shows when the battery is charging (from braking).

Nice when all you need to do is a 2 step, eh? Really odd when you start those 400h's, it doesn't do anything until you put it in gear and step on the gas. First time I cleaned one, I had a devil of a time wondering why I didn't hear the engine start when I turned the key!

Thanks for the compliment. It's very strange starting it...I keep wanting to turn it and hear it turnover. It definitely takes some getting used to.

Not to mention POWER when called on. CVT and 268hp makes a pretty powerful combo. I have a Neptune Blue just like that one.

I've only gotten to use it on two cars so far, my 350Z and mom's RX400h. I like it though. Protection is great, and I usually use some NXT Speed Detailer (I think that's the product) on my car after a wash to keep it looking nice. I'm satisfied with 21 and plan on sticking with it.



I'd like to try it on my dad's black Z71 to see how it looks on a black car. My bro has a red GMC Canyon I'd also like to try it on just to get a feel for how it does on different colors.
