hahaha... actually you probably don't want to get me started when it comes to talking about trailvoy. Let's just say my presence is not wanted there. I don't know how long you've been on that site, but you may have even seen pics of my truck floating around in some areas:

I do still post at http://www.envoystuff.com/ and http://www.trailblazerss.com/forums/

hahaha..ok nuff said. I don't get on there a whole lot......just skim through here and there.....

upon second look at the TBSS....they majorly skimped on the interior. I just noticed the guages. It needs some pedals, little satin or polished AC knobs and DEFINETELY some leather seats!!

The exterior styling is right on. It could use the dual exhaust, a body kit and a tad bit of lowering but other than that, its a really sweet ride. And most of all, from what I saw, its decently priced too.

Ford needs to start doing something like this with the Explorers or something

It doesn't help that interior any that it's an LS and not an LT; the leather/suede seats look much nicer, IMO. Past that, I really can't complain about it -- but I'm also someone who is very much used to GM trucks and SUVs, so I feel at home an interior built like that.

The gauges were GM's idea of a sick joke, I've decided. Overlays would be one of my first mods.

There are leather interiors available, so actually having the cloth like his does is a good thing to some degree. There are likely less LS TBSS' out there than LTs, and also it means GM made it so that a TBSS could be had for significantly less by buying a "base model" with the SS package, or you could load it up with the bells and whistles if that's your thing and you can afford it.

The pedal and AC knob issues (I personally don't mind those stock AC controls, but to each his own) can be easily resurected on ebay. I stole the stainless steel pedal kit out of an SSR (well, not literally stole them from an SSR, but ordered from the SSR parts catalog) for my Envoy, so those would be a nice addition to the TBSS.

Personally, I think the biggest "miss" on these trucks was that they don't come from the factory with blacked out B and C pillars to blend the windows on the doors and all the way around the back of the truck. Well that, and red powdercoated brake calipers with drilled/slotted rotors :stuart:

Shiny: The seats and navi make a world of difference. I'm not crazy about the knobs/buttons, but everything is changeable :).

Great ride, the only thing that worries me, is no Body Side Molding.. I see a ding the first time you park at the grocery store on a Saturday..(unless you park 1/4 mile away like me, lol)
