this was a new members car that was done by request. no befores and i didn't have my camera for afters so he shot a bunch and sent them to me. we spent an aweful lot of time on this exterior so i could go over many do's and don'ts with him as he is very interested in learning. the swirl marks were pretty easily tackled by op and orange pad via pc for the most part. the water etching was wetsanded and that didn't even do the trick after many polishing passes. it's not often you see etching that deep.but the results came out very good. after oc and op poliseal via pc and white polishing pad followed by nb by hand. justin actually waxed the entire thing pretty much, aside from the drivers side door that i gave a demo on.

Good work! Orange pad? I have always used a white LC CCS and been fine with Subaru's...always have used OP too.

white was tried first, there were many swirl marks that remained, stepped up to orange. once again i have no before or halogen pics(1000 watts of halogen were used during entire job) so it's kind of hard to say what level of correction was going on.
