04 Black Maxima

I have an 04 Black Maxima to do tomorrow and its just got a little bit of swirling in very few scratches.



Going to do the usual



1) wash

2) clay

3) #80 or #82 (Which one is the question)

4) NXT or Wolfgang.



How is the Maxima paint to work with?

Just don't look at the Maxima the wrong way or you'll get more swirl marks. my father has a black 2000 Maxima and it's got to be the worst paint I have ever seen. Swirls and scratches everywhere. He hardly drives it on the highway and certainly doesn't tailgate but there are chips everywhere on the front and even some on the back. It seems like the clearcoat is very soft. Nissan paint IMO is substandard.

Maxima turned out great .. only 2 months old and had a couple of mars on the driver door and sap on the hood ..



No pix cuz it looked good when I got it.

I just gained a bi-weekly steady wash customer.
