First up was my brother's 03 GT, He came up from college for the weekend (He goes to the University of Miami, hopefully I'll get accepted and will also be going there!), So I decided to clean up his car for him and give his car a fresh coat...process was as follows

Exterior

-Wash with NXT

-Spot clay with Pinnacle Poly Ultra Clay

-Poli Seal via White pad, PC 4/5 x2

Quick thoughts on poliseal...For short, its an awesome product, it goes on incredibly smooth/easy, and comes off the same, adds depth and gloss immediately and seems to have great durability for an all in one product, I love the scent, love the ease of application and absolutely love the looks it provides!!!

-Wheels cleaned with Meguiars All Wheel Cleaner

-Black Magic Tire Shine Gel (awesome product, smells great, looks awesome, goes on pretty easy and sling seems to be minimal)

-Poorboys Trim Restorer to exterior trim

-Rain X to all glass

Interior

-Vacuum

-Carpets Shampooed with Tide

-Poorboys Trim Restorer to door panels/dash

-Leather Conditioned with Pinnacles Leather Conditioner

-NXT Glass Cleaner to inside windows

Engine:

-Degreased with Simple Green Diluted 10:1

-Scrubbed with misc brushes/mitts

-Pressure Cleaned

-Dressed with Turtle Wax Tire Foam (closed the hood and let it bake on)

-Wiped down with Poorboys Trim Restorer

Next up, this beautiful 1967 Vette which was in pretty great shape, I had posted a thread earlier pertaining to polishing this car but it turned out great, I decided to not go too heavy on the polishing the first time around since I didn't know what I was up against but I'd say I got out about 95% of the defects out :)

-Optimum Polish/Orange pad, PC at 6 Whole car, 2x in some areas

Nice work, that vette looks phenominal, did it turn out to be SS or BC/CC?

Lol you got the Cobra and your older brother got the GT?

It had been repainted so BC/CC!!! And my older brother has the GT, I decided to empty my bank account to help pay for my Mach 1 :grinno:

nice job on the details! no offense, is it just me or does it seem like you applied the lsp kinda thick? if you haven't applied a lsp with 4" pad(s) by pc before, give it a try! you use hardly any product at all (little goes a long way) and it goes on evenly perfect every time. patrick over at exceldetail has the 3.75 backing plate and pads pictured, and they fit perfectly in a standard size paste tin....

Well the applicator that comes with the p21s applies it like that, it doesn't seem to waste too much product to be honest, and I try to apply it fairly thin, although I will look into getting some different pads and trying to apply it that way!

:wow: Your brother's car looks exactly like my 'Stang, except, perfect! I can't wait for the weather to get nice around here, so I can try out all of my new toys. I now know what is under all the swirls in my True Blue paint! Nice work!
