I am going to use this thread to show the work I did today on this 2001 Pathfinder LE using all of Adam's Polishes Products and review them as well.
Starting off with the vehicle, 2001 Nissan Pathfinder LE. I did this detail today for a professor at my college. She is turning it in very soon for a Lease Trade-In. The mats were a mess, but other than that the interior was in nice shape. The exterior had dings here and there and a lot of R.I.D.S (Random Isolated Deep Scratches). She didn't have any touch up paint so I buffed them out (or whatever I could). The hood was a mess. Her son surfboards (blue pads on roof racks) and drags the surfboard across the hood when taking it down each time. I'm not sure what he uses on his board, but it left a residue that acted like another clear coat (looks like water drops in pics). I could not get them off (tried cutting/buffing, clay, bug n tar remover). Anyways for the final processes were:
Interior
-Oxy/APC Mix on carpets and mats
-Woolite Mix to clean leather, vinyl, plastic, rubber
-4* Leather Conditioner
-Adam's V.R.T. on vinyl, plastic, and rubber
Exterior
-Mother's Gold Wash
-Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover on lower panels
-Meguiar's APC+ 8:1 for rims, tires, and wells
-DACP via rotary and LC Cutting Pad @1500 rpm to remove scratches, scuffs, paint transfers
-Adam's Revive Polish via rotary and LC Polishing Pad @1500 rpm
-Adam's Butter Wax by hand
-Adam's V.R.T. on tires and plastic trim
-Meguiar's Hyper Dressing in wells
Now for the reviews:
Packaging Overall
I was very impressed with the packaging. The 4 products, 2 mf applicators, 2 mf towels, foam applicator, and sprayer came in a cardboard box. The box had a foam piece in it with cutouts for each bottle which left for a very clean and safe (from any potential spilling) situation. The sprayer, mf's, and applicators were laid over the bottles. I absolutely loved this setup because for normal users (as compared to pro detailers who have designated spots for all of their products) could just put this box in their trunk and open it whenever they needed. No mess and it can fit pretty much anywhere...probably under some seats!
Only thing I would add to this box would be a plastic handle. Since this package is soo great for keeping in your vehicle, I think a nice plastic handle built into the cardboard box (like the boy scout candy boxes) would be perfect!
Quick Detail Spray
Comes in a nice thick, clear plastic bottle with the option of a spout or spray nozzle. I opted for using the sprayer. The labeling is gorgeous in color and texture. Very shiny and attractive. The pink liquid smells just like the bubble gum medicine you had as a kid
...Made me thirsty.
I used the spray on my Integra and on this Pathfinder. For the Integra as a waterless wash and for the Pathfinder, a polish residue remover and glass cleaner. I sprayed on the surface using not much product (IE: waterless wash, 3 sprays for my door), let sit for 20-30 seconds, then used the Adam's MF to wipe one way, flipped it and wiped clean. For each of my tasks, worked great with no streaking. The spray definately left an increase in gloss and kept the protected surface slick. For the windows I just used the dampened MF with no additional product.
All in all, an excellent QD/Waterless Wash.
Revive Polish
Comes in a nice thick, clear plastic bottle with a spout on top that leaves a nice thin bead of product. The labeling is nice and shiny and very instructive. The consistency is an orangish thin polish.
I used the product by hand and rotary. I felt the rotary technique was more successful and since I used via rotary, it'll definatley work via PC. I used it with a polishing pad @1500 rpm. I misted the pad with Adam's Detail Spray and put 4 dabs of polish on the pad. I used 3-4 beads of product (6-8 inches long) per panel. The polish worked in very easy (2 passes) and removed light swirling and scuffing leaving a very slick, wet looking finish. The polish came off with no effort with the Adam's MF...You guys shoulda called it "Butter Polish" :lol
Butter Wax
Comes in a nice thick, clear plastic bottle with a spout on top that leaves a nice thin bead of product. The labeling is nice and shiny and very instructive. The consistency is an yellowish medium thickness liquid.
I applied it by hand with the Adam's MF applicator. I sprayed the applicator with a mist of Detail Spray and went at it. A little goes a long way with this stuff. A couple small dabs on the applicator per panel and your set. The key is to apply it very thin. With the MF applicator, it's a bit tough (foam applicator method was easier) as the MF bites the surface a little more. Anyways, I let it sit for about 10 mins (didn't need to, just worked out that way). It came off with little or no effort using Adam's MF towel. It left a warm-carnauba wet glow to the silver paint.
V.R.T.

Size - 16x24". It is definately a very plush piece and really picks up anything you put in its path. I used it as a polish remover and final buffing towel/window cleaning. It really proved itself in my book with no linting and its excellent capacity for holding residue.
MF Applicators
These applicators are very large. My girlfriend really liked them because your entire hand fits great over them. She mentioned "Now I definatley won't drop them". They worked out pretty well applying the products. I would've preferred a foam applicator for the Butter Wax, but this applicator gave Revive Polish a nice bite to do some effective polishing by hand.
Foam Applicator
This thing is HUGE! At first I didn't like it because it was soo damn thick but as I progressed through the vehicle, I loved it more and more. It was thick which allowed me to use a good amount of pressure to apply and where I couldn't see (between/under seats), it eliminated the margin for cutting my hands on something. It also aloud me to not get the product all over my hand (thin applicators, the product leaks through quick). This will be my go-to interior/exterior trim applicator
