'01 Bentley Arnage Red Label & '97 Ferrari F355 Spyder details

Detailing Rottweiler
Hey all!!!

I usually don't work Sunday's (especially during football season) but today was an exception. These two beauties belong to the owner of the one and only dealership I detail for. His shop is called Autohaus Webb (www.autohauswebb.com) and they deal exclusively in high-end low mileage vehicles. The set-up we have going is great. His clean-up guys do the interior work and wash them. I come in and will usually clay, polish and seal the vehicles. He builds my charge into his asking price and adds some profit for himself. Unlike most dealers I've been lucky enough for him to realize the quality of my work and he pays accordingly all the while never trying to rush or shortchange me.

Today I detailed his two personal vehicles...an '01 Bentley Arnage Red Label and a '97 Ferrari F355 Spyder. I had clayed and deep polished (Menzerna IP and FP) both these vehicles back in March so nothing major was needed. His senior clean-up guy was there today as well and did both interior's (so the interior shots are his work...not mine) and washed them both. After he was done I used Poorboy's Spray and Wipe then completed the process outlined below.

Enjoy (I sure as hell did),
Mike

The detail:

'01 Bentley

Touch-up with Poorboy's Spray and Wipe using two waffle weave towels.

Polish with ClearKote's Vanilla Moose using a Meg's 8006 pad and my PC set at 5.

Seal with Pinnacle's Souveran Paste Wax by hand with a foam pad.

'97 Ferrari

Touch-up with Poorboy's Spray and Wipe using two waffle weave towels.

Polish with Poorboy's PwC Blue using a Meg's 8006 pad and my PC set at 5.

Seal with Poorboy's Natty's Blue Paste Wax by hand with a foam pad.

Yeah greg, you got so excited you forgot how to spell your own name

Those cars are amazing, it must be a pleasure to work on such fine machinery.
the Bently looks incredible

Sweet cars Luca. :)

Glad you were able to get them in with the darn rain we had today. :( The SilverLexus is a shade less than silver these days...

Great job! Yeah, the weather around here in GA is getting crappy. My TB is getting pretty dirty now, though have been using Spray & Wipe to get it "clean".

I've always loved those arnage Red Labels. If I'm going to spend that much on a car (and I plan to at some point in my life) I might as well have the 700-800 ft-lbs of torque available whenever I want. Nice job on the paint, you're lucky to be able to start with a finish that nice. Keep up the great work.

Hell, it's Marietta. Those cars are parked in everyone's garage down there!!!:)

Nice job....They look great..

THANK YOU all for the very kind words!!

Actually he lives in an area of uptown Atlanta called Vinings...and yes...every garage there does have cars like that parked in them!!!!

Mike, those cars are a far cry from the Infiniti you did for my co-worker!

Even with the lack of sun the paint on the Ferrari doesn't look like it has finished drying.

THANKS again all for the kind words!!

Indeed they are but it was still a referral you didn't have to give and something I do truly appreciate!! :punk: Besides...his money was just as green as the gentleman who owns these cars and Gerald was very understanding that his 215K mile 13 year old car was not going to look "new" again.

I was impressed with the job you did on his paint. Several of the defects I noticed are gone. If I thought he'd keep it up I'd try to help him get it perfect but he has different priorities than us...he wants it clean but not perfect. BTW, his glove box was back in a few days later.
