I need to fit in at corvette shows.........

Can I add dark blue food coloring to PB spray and wipe? And is there any GOOD micro that looks like a red shop rag?

As I said, I need to fit in :D so I need to put the dark blue spray and wipe in a windex bottle and use the "shop rag" to wipe.

The one place I totally refuse to go is the z tire shine. I'll stick to my old trusted stand by.

sounds like nothing a $4,000.00 repaint wouldn't take care of. :winner:
and I thought your ride already looked great.:wow:

it does, but I need to "get her ready" on the field for judging and have to make sure they don't deduct points for not using windex :rofl

I just competed in an All-Chevy show last weekend, hosted by one of the Pittsburgh Corvette clubs. The 'Vette guys around here must be a bit more sophisticated. Typical pre-judging prep was usually a well-used Costco gold mf, either Mother's or Meg's detailer and assorted high-gloss tire shine products.
I really can't complain about their judges, however. I got a second place trophy with my "survivor" El Camino, losing only to an early 70's C10 pickup with a frame-off resto .

And the same guys either -

Complain about the amount of scratches (that they put on) in the paintwork
Do not even see the amount of scratches (that they put on) in the paintwork

Are you saying that all that is needed is Nu Finish paste and Lemon Pledge?

I'd also looking into getting a Matchbox version of your car to sit in the engine compartment or on the dash someplace. You'll make a lot of friends with that.
