When in Philly, skip getting a cheese steaks and go straight for this bad boy. Delicious.

What are your cholesterol numbers Ronkh? Mine shot up 30 points just looking at this 1 page!! Any more and I would've stroked-out!!!!

Ok here the rest of the photos I took - it's still only a sampling of what will be the best wedding food ever:

Clockwise from top left:
  1. Octopus and Potato Skewers with smoked paprika aioli
  2. Mostarda D’Uva pumpernickel crostini, grape, pear and rich red wine mostarda, mascarpone
  3. Roasted Chanterelles with black garlic, maitake over creamy polenta
  4. Monkfish and Pork Belly Skewers with maple glaze
  5. Bouillabaisse with garlic toasts

The food was so good, taking photos of it was the last thing on my mind.

Ha!

I was in heaven tasting their "Frites Station" choices:

-Capon Confit, Gravy and Cheese Curd Poutine
-Spiced Grilled Shrimp with zucchini, tomatoes and aioli

Yes that's right, they're having a french fry station where you can get the above toppings on a cone of fries. I'm bringing my own bar stool and camping out.

Before Sunday i had no idea what a poutine was. Here's what it looks like:
