Inside Windows Streak when rollled up/down?

2010 Ford Edge - windows streak/smudge when they are rolled up/down on regular use. I assume there is something on the inside of the assembly that keeps the window in place that is dirty.

Any pointers on what parts I need to clean and how to get at them?

Don't roll the windows down

Sounds like you can roll the windows down all the way. Perhaps take some q-tips, or a credit card and wrap a microfiber around it. Slide it in there with a light APC misting. Try to clean out the mole skin or whatever is near the area guiding your window.
