Not really detailing related but figured I would share a couple videos of my SS that I used to have. Was my pride and joy for 10yrs before I sold it.

Great videos and great car ! Man this brings back some old memories for me. Myself and my friends used to spend a lot of time building high performance engines and street racing along with a lot of time at the strip. I miss that smell of nitrous and burnt rubber. Marriage and kids kinda put that stuff on hold for a while. Kids are out of the house now and I am looking at owning at least one more muscle car in my life.

Looks like you did a number on that first engine with a rod through the block. What kind of RPM were you turning the engine ?

That's one quick car you had there!

Any plans for the new car?

Well the gto is my daily and has all the bolt on parts already. Possibly be doing a cam swap and that's it for now.

7k on a completely stock bottom end!

That's the boat I am in now. Sold it but have my 06 gto to daily which is nice

10 seconds is no easy task in that sled. Nice job!

Love the way it launches :rockon

Thanks. Was a fun ride..New owner is taking care of it.

It took a lot of work to get that run. It's sad you sold it, but it's good to hear the new owner is taking care of it. 150k miles is pretty well for an engine that (I think it safe to asume) wasnt given an easy life. Do you have big performance plans for the gto?

Yeah it was fun for sure. The car is in Albuquerque now so you might see it.

No real big plans for the Gto. It has a bunch of good bolt on parts already. Might do a cam swap. This car is serving as a daily driver so I can't get too crazy.
