I used to use a few NanoSkin Products including the NanoSkin Ceramic sealant but I have not used it for sometime since I have not been impressed with it after seeianit and I say had because by looking at the hood after I sprayed the hood you can see there is nothing on it to protect it at all. This stuff is complete junk and I will be calling NanoSkin on monday.

Winds certainly blow in from all directions and my how times change. I just re-read some of your posts where you were loving this product all the while throwing OCP under the bus. Now the NanoSkin must be seeing the same Grey Hound's tires.

You and I spoke a number of times during those days when you were so adamant about the unbelievable nature of NanoSkin's products. I did my best to tell you at the that time it's a whole lot more about the detailer than the product being used. You weren't buying it then.

You're a year older, hopefully a year wiser with a year's more experience under your belt. I wonder what you'll be saying about the soup de jour (soup of the day) a year down the road. I also wonder what the next great product in your mind will be?

This comment applies to all of us. I think it's important to be smart in what we say about any given product whether we're loving it or hating it. Chances are that someone out there is making a product we don't like work well or can't see the merits of a product we really believe in. Carefully chosen words won't come back to haunt you or your credibility months down the road.

No, this can't be Nanoskin you are talking about! I thought april fools day was in april!

oops

I just did a review on something I used 6 hrs ago
Everyone does it,its human nature to get excited about new things .

Ive just found that after using a product for a while you get to see the flaws a lot more clearly .Does it stand the test of time?Kind of like a new relationship.:D

Well yes I used it and I was new to coatings since Nanoskin was the source to sealants/coatings other then Meg's M21 and I believed the hype well my eyes are wide open to what works and what is a joke. Im not the only detailer who has seen Nanoskin Ceramic last just a few months and act like there is nothing on the paint.

I let you guys know what I think of a product as I go and over time. My main goal is to have the best looking cars with the least required maintenance over time. These new coatings should come close to lasting a whole lease period so I spent some time learning how to polish out defects and apply coatings.

So far I have Opticoat under my belt of about a year and GTech EXO v1 for several months and v2 for a few weeks.

Opticoat is great for what it is as are EXO so far. Will elaborate more in a post I am working on.

Have a good week.
