Yes, I tried applying some to a tire and using the Tire Shine Tire brush to clean them. BF APC and Tuf Shine tire cleaner did a better job.

What dilution did you use to clean the tires with SS wheel cleaner and BF APC?

SS wheel cleaner can be used un-diluted, safely on any wheel.
 
Sticky Wheel is on par with Diablo. I think it's better and cheaper IMO. It's perfect for daily washes and clings just as well as Diablo. For bad barrels it's Wolf's Deironizer. Cheapest of the big gun decontamination cleaners. It's on par with IronX and better then Sonax and cheaper then both.
