Public works resealing expansion joints on the (only) main road to my house this week. Really dreading picking up some tar bogeys! At least they use the big heated dryer as they put in the wet tar. Cross your fingers for me everyone!!
 
Good luck. I cringe whenever I have to drive through a construction zone after my car was just cleaned. Damn New York.

Me too.... If I see one or know of one on my drive, I'll go out of my way to avoid it.

I feel your pain man. Last summer I bought my new car and of course they finally tear up the state highway here and we had to take a county road for the detour. I live in a small town and work in a small town 13 miles away. They were also using the county road to haul there tar on so the first city 1/8 mile from that intersection from the state highway on that county road detour was cover in loose bit of tar that had fallen from the tar trucks. I can say I didn't have anything major stuck to the car. Good luck with keeping it clean. Tarminator is good and should work.
