Can BF APC be used on polished aluminum wheels??

Use it diluted if you do apply it. Test an inconspicuous spot first. In this case, BLACKFIRE Total Eclipse Tire and Wheel Cleaner is a better choice.

Some APC are OK on the polished aluminum. The three basic types of APC are chemical, citrus and detergent based.
Example PB APC is a detergent based cleaner, and safe on most all surface even at 100%
That said polished aluminum can stain / cloud up very easy with APC or other strong cleaners. Of course this can be polished out, but who wants to go thought that work if you don't have to?
I use PB APC on a 10 to 1 and have not has one issue with it at that ratio. As suggested try and area to start with to see how it reacts on the metal
