New Parts Installed, Hoping for the Best

that definitely falls into the "this hurts" category. i feel your pain after having both of my knees replaced last year. may God speed your recovery and rehab. ! :strong:

get well soon and Godspeed to ya. as a bilateral hip replacement receiver i know how patient you have to be and hard you have to work to recover. my advice is work hard and be patient, your health will return in due time...

Knock on wood, I've been pretty lucky in that respect. Shoulders and knees have been a problem but my hips are mine and aren't bothering me right now.;)

It will be nice to properly polish a vehicle in the not too distant future.

i don't envy your trips to see the physical terrorist, i mean physical therapist. that's usually the hardest part. :yikes:

Hope tomorrow is a better day for you you GH.

I have no reasonable explanation but last Friday and Saturday went much more smoothly than Sunday and Monday. Just can't find a position to put it in that offers even a smidgen of comfort. Edging the lawn was a definite no. Tough day. :(

GH, along with the pain meds and ice packs, i found biofreeze gel was very helpful. i bought that stuff by the quart. slow and steady wins the race my friend.

Hadn't heard of it before. I just looked it up. Where did you purchase it? I even resorted to a hot pad today. Got a real nifty cooler this time. You don't fill it with ice. It's an actual refrideration unit. It also blows the cuffs up on calves so that you don't get blood clots. Much easier than filling one with ice all the time.
