OK, Roshan, here is a quick impression of Migliore Cima Sealant.

As I have typed many times before, I love Wipe On Walk Away (WOWA) sealants. And, as I didn't win the giveaway, I decided to buy Migliore Cima Sealant anyway with last weekend's sale. While not as good as free, 15% off and low free shipping is definitely better than a sharp stick in the eye. (Note to Todd - 20% would have been even better. ;) )

Arriving yesterday, I decided to give it a go. Stripped the Sonata of the multitude of layers of different products back down to the OptiCoat (foamed with CG Citrus Wash, GDPWM with CG Honeydew Snow Foam, wiped down with Carpro IronX Snow Foam 8:1 and finished off with my secret IPA/D114 recipe :cool: ).

Looked for directions but it pointed me to their website so I decided to wing it and apply it the same way I apply other WOWAs. First thing I noticed was the pleasant fruity scent. Next was that, compared the other WOWAs I have tried, was almost sticky to apply. Not anything honey-like but- compared to, say, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal - was definitely tacky. Still Cima spread pretty well. As I spread, I could see it flash and become rather slick. Oh, it also became absolutely beautiful, too. May be the prettiest WOWA I've tried yet.

See for yourself (yeah, I know it's my @#$% Sonata again - 2yr old and still looking good & 1yr+ no polishing).

After I try on a few more cars, I may write a review on Migliore Cima. Or not. From my first use here, I'd say "Good Stuff."

And Roshan, there are tons of reviews on M101. It's all that. That was my 2nd bottle.
 
Thanks buddy! I don't need anything now especially any more WOWA sealants, but if it gets your seal of approval it may need to go into my cart lol!!

My biggest question I want answered is durability in real world (something you never test I know), but it's interesting to know the viscosity of it. Do you think that BF CS is easier to apply?

And I've used and written reviews of M101, but I don't get as many cars as some people on here so I always love to hear what they say as most people get to play with compounds in more situations than I get to.

Thanks Ben but Roshan is correct. 2 weeks is a long time for me to go (and that doesn't happen often either) without putting something new on it. Another member will have to chime in on that one.

Yes, BF CS is a little easier to apply. Migliore Cima slightly darkens the color and has extremely crisp, super deep reflections. BF CS is a bit brighter.
 

Thanks for the initial thoughts Mike. You may have just saved me from buying some. After using BFCS and WG DGLS I don't see the need to have a harder to use WOWA sealant.

After the 2 weeks is up, do you remove the old stuff? If so, I'm curious what method you use.

OK. Yes, WG DGLS and BF CS are definitely the leaders in the clubhouse with regard to ease of application.

I strip back down to the OC layer probably every month or two. The timing normally coincides with the introduction of a new WOWA to the market. ;) The rest of the time, I just layer a spray sealant (or spray wax if I am going that way). Strong believer in the sacrificial layer principle. And I have a lot of products.

I vary how I strip it, too. Generally starts with the foaming with CG CW, sometimes with a little help from 1Z W99 or OPC. Then a normal wash followed by GG PreWax or Paint Prep or Carpro Eraser or, in this case, my IPA/D114 mixture. As I am not expecting great durability from any topper on the OC, I am not really critical about ensuring everything is stripped off.

But more durability (at least claimed) is coming at the expense of harder to use.

It's almost like a normal spray wax vs OCW.
 
Thanks!!! I do regret not grabbing this stuff ealier. I have too much BFCS, Ultima, and WGDGLS to finish up.
