New Product Spotlight- Optimum Opti-Erasers ON SALE!!!

Todd@RUPES

Just a regular guy
Optimum Opti-Erasers, available in two grades, are Optimum's long awaited answer to clay bar substitutes. These use an advanced acrylic resin to remove paint contamination without scratching. Most clay bar substitutes use a polymerized rubber but Optimum spent a long time researching different resins to offer superior performance.

Glad to see these have finally been released. I know they have done quite a bit of R&D on them as some Detailers have had them for 6 months +.

I would be really cool if they had an option with a fine & aggressive side on 1 block.

The sale price is less than a decent clay bar and it should last a great deal longer. Not having to knead the damn thing is worth it in my book if it works just as well.

I like the 2 sides to it,like having 2 clayblocks for the price of 1!:bigups

Has anyone used them yet?

Looks like a peice of cake!!

Like everything Dr. G releases ;)

Last day to save big on these. Just used them to get some paint overspray off of my paint. They work fast and no marring!

Where were these products 3 years ago. What changed in the last 6 months just as clay patent is set to expire to get some many alternative clay options.

I tried the fine grade on my vans hood today. It did not marr my soft Toyota paint like the magna sponge did .:bigups

However I dislike how grabby it is and doesnt glide as easily as the magna sponge .Maybe it needs to be broken in more but this is just my first impression.

Anyone tried it yet ?

I thought the same thing, it was grabby the first time used it. However, if it doesn't marr, I don't care! :D

I dont like grabby!:D
Maybe I will get used to it.
I find any of the clay blocks much easier and quicker to use than regular clay.

Would you rather have grabby and no marring, or non grabby and marring? :D Or, I guess u could use regular clay instead.

We originally planned to vary aggression on each side, but decided against it because once you test the panel to see what works on that particular car, it would be unusual to need varied aggressiveness that vehicle. But, it is always nice not to have to stop to clean a side just to keep working so we made them the same on both sides.
