BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner Question

Hello, I just received a bottle of BF MF cleaner and have a front loading washer. Do I simply add this product to the main wash? I heard some people like adding white vinegar to their load, where would I add that? Cold, hot or cold water for MF towels? Below is a pic of my machine, please advise which product goes where. I do not want to ruin my towels so any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

I put mine in the main wash and add the vinegar during the rinse cycle. On my He washer, everything gets put in the main wash (soap, bleach, softener). I do not have a "pre-wash" compartment though.

I add the soap then let the washer run to the end with one rinse. Then select the quick rinse cycle (21 minutes), add vinegar directly to washer, and run.

So you open the door and add the vinegar right on the towels and do a rinse cycle?

You won't need vinegar with the bf MF cleaner? This stuff works great without it. No better MF cleaner on the market. Just add to normal wash, wash on hot to warm rinse on cold. Amazing stuff.

Thanks, Rusty! I've heard great things about it so can't wait to use it.

I gotta try this MF cleaner. I have heard nothing but good about it.

It does seem to get good reviews. But at $40 a gallon compared to about $13 for Tide, or less for store brands that clean pretty well, I'm just not sure it's that important to get the last remnants of black marks out of towels.

Do you guys use this stuff for ALL your MF towels or do you use it exclusively for your final wipe towels, and stick with the various cheaper detergents for other towels?

Its one of those things that you add to the cart to get to the free shipping point. So I bought the 16oz bottle of BF to try out and ended up getting the half a gallon and worth ever penny.:rockon

I spend a lot for quality MF towels, so I prefer to use a quality dedicated MF cleaner on them. a gallon @ $40 is 128 oz at 2oz per load that's 64 loads so about .65 per load. Pretty cheap when you think there is $75 to $100 worth of MF towels in a wash load. If they clean them better and condition them better I would think they will also last longer and work better. At the very least it makes me feel better!:D I use it for all my MF towels.

I just bought the 128oz bottle, it's defiantly worth the money. I use 2 oz and use the sanitize setting on my HE washer with extra rinse cycle. I then throw them in the dryer and set to delicate low heat. Doing this they come out looking and feeling brand new.

I used the BF microfiber cleaner for the first time last weekend.
All I can say is that all of the positive things reported by others here are true. This product leaves the towels very clean, fluffy and smelling nice.
I used mine in an 'he' machine with about half recommended quantity.

I just received some yesterday and will be washing some towels hopefully this weekend. I even did a waterless wash on a fairly dirty car just to really test out the ability of BFMC.

You will love it :rockon. I got a pile of waterless wash towels from last week that need a washing too.

Is that a DA Washer?

I've not tried the Blackfire cleaner but I use the DP cleaner and I've never added anything to the wash but the cleaner. I have a HE and usually add about a half cup fo water to the main liquid wash tray to dilute it a little bit.
