Fianally a correct diagnosis for my pain

If you dont know my story I have had abdominal pain for 7 months or longer. Its gotten better overtime and at least I can work now but I cant even wax or polish a car for more then 10 minutes before I get pain and swell up . Its been a real hinderance to my work and limits my detailing business to just the basic bare minimum detail work.

Doctors havent been much help because all my tests come back as completely normal.

I know it sounds crazy but out of frustration and a good refferral from a friend who saw her I actually hired a psychic to help me find out whats wrong .I didnt even tell her where or what kind of pain I was having and she told me right away it was a hernia.Shes the real deal and told me all kinds of things about myself and life she could not have possibly known otherwise. She just has an amazing gift. She also helped my friend with many physical problems he was having.

So I google searched and found the best hernia surgeon in San Diego and had to wait 3 weeks just to get an appoinment . He ordered more tests that came back negative but sure enough after examining me he told me I have a really rare hernia(spigelian) thats extreemly hard to diagnose because you dont have any visable signs and tests often come back negative.

Usually people with these kind of hernias go undiagnosed for years until they end up with a lfe threatening strangulated intestine or organ so I am really lucky to have found this out and get to the right doctor .

He wants to do surgery and there is a month waiting list and then another month after surgery before I am 100 percent back to normal.

I cant wait to get this done and over with . Looking foward to better days ! I am so happy and releived to finally find an answer!

Glad tp hear your on your way to recovery. Sometimes it takes something a little unorthodox like a psychic to get it right. Ive wanted toto contact thisthe hot massage therapist here but my wife wont let me lol. I know how terrible it is to work in constant pain. I slipped a disk or something about 5 years ago in my back and never went to the doctor. I still hurt 24/7 but its gotten to a point to where I can live with it as long as I dont run a rotary for hours on end. Good luck with your recovery.

Being in pain wears on you both physically and mentally. I sort of takes the fun out of life and now you're headed for the full recovery. I'm glad you finally got the the cause of all your discomfort and in no time you'll feel great again...You're a very pretty girl and this will bring that smile back to your face!!.:bigups.

I believe you entirely. Many years ago I went to such a gifted person like that just as a kick. She knew things that only God & I knew (I thought) and helped me immensely. I wish you a rapid recovery.

It's a sad thing about constant pain. Without proper diagnosis there is no proper treatment just "band aids". Glad to hear it's getting sorted out before things got much worse.
Wishing a speedy recovery once things are under way!

Thanks everyone!!!:yourrock

Looks like Ive lucked out and scheduled surgery for Monday June 11th .

I was dreading the thought of another surgery and was completely against it but now I just cant wait to get it done and have complete faith and confidence in my surgeon. Hes done over 7,000 hernia surgerys and specialty is lapaoscopy surgery so he will do it lapaoscopiclly if possible . Less pain and recovery time.

One reason Ive mentioned this also is this all started after a hard work day . I remember at the end of the day I didnt feel well and my ab muscles didnt feel right. Then I got another really hard job the very next day .

All the reaching and stretching detailing work requires can be hard on the body!

What I like to do is if I feel something starting to stress my body is to move on to something else and get back to what I was doing later in the day .

Im learning to take better care of myself as I work even if it means turning down jobs . Im not sure I will ever go back to doing large trucks and vans that require long work days even when Im better.

I hate to say this but as you get older you really cant work the same as being in your twentys!
