AIO choice

DETAILED TODAY?
if you had to pick a AIO product that was to be applied and removed by hand, what would be your choice?

1. has to be easy to work with
2. will not stain trim
3. offer decent protection


looking to streamline to one product. AIO.
 
I have D151, Klasse, Werkstatt, XMT360, and I'm sure a few others. I'm holding out for the Blackfire product coming out. I can't wait. I believe BF will satisfy your list.
 
From the current popular offerings I think XMT is your best bet. Meguiar's D151 is a great product with some real correction power but IME it can stain trim and is not always the easiest to work with. Another prouct (if you want good correction) is Griot's Garage 1 Step Sealant.
 
I would vote for Klasse AIO, Werkstatt Prime, XMT360. I am not sure if XMT360 will stain trim though. I have and use Klasse AIO but it is more of a chemical cleaner than an Filler/Glaze type AIO.

Great ?, some nice responses - my biggest concern would be the "will not stain trim".
 
I've been using Poorboys Polish with Carnauba and it works great, but I might switch it up to polish with sealant for it's glaze like abilities. XMT 360 looks like a great product too, but it's almost twice as pricey as poorboys is. That's why poorboys is a winner in my book.

And as for your problem with stained trim, why not raise your prices a little bit and add trim restoration? There's a lot of products out there that restore while removing wax and polish on trim.
 
The all-in-one products I like the best have the ability to correct minor surface defects. I also don't consider staining trim as a reason not to use a product because I always tape off trim to avoid this issue.

I was thinking the same thing. But often the purpose of an AIO is time so for many it is a step necessary to skip. I hate taping so if I can use products that can reduce that I am happy.
 
poorboys polish with sealant is my top choice in AIO

I do like and use KAIO & XMT360, but if choosing only one I think I choose poorboys

Poorboys product I've suggested will not stain your trim. The best thing to do is as you apply the product have a MF towel ready to wipe off any that gets on the trim. If some gets into the trim and dries, then WD40 on a tooth brush will take that out no issue.

On light colors I dont even wipe anything off. Just work it in until it disappears and move one. Doesnt get much easier then that.
 
I've used the Poly Seal and it was ok maybe I was expecting too much from it and will be giving the GPS a try very soon.
